Omega installation module for BaKoMa TeX 7

This module includes Omega 1.23 (based on TeX 3.141592, Web2C 7.4) compiled for Win32 Console and packed together with support files and fonts.

Omega is an extension of TeX designed for the typsetting of all the world's languages. It normally uses the Unicode character encoding standard as internal repsesentation, although it can accept any other character set for input and output.

This module can install Omega system under BaKoMa TeX 5.40 and later.
However, to have robust OFM generation, BaKoMa TeX 7.02 is recommended.
To install it just open OMEGA.BKZ unit.

After installing this module and restarting BaKoMa Text Editor you must found new items in 'TeX Formats' menu: Omega and Lambda

This implementation of Omega supports:

  • Dynamical Preview;
  • DVI Search marks generation;
  • Automatical generation of BB-files for imported graphics;
TCX tables are unsupported because Omega supports own transliteration.
